ORGANIC MEDIA PLAYBOOK

Lets be honest, the first thing people are going to check before booking is your organci page. How ling have you been in business, are you legit, are you good at what you do? and if your page doesn't answer that question, they will NEVER DM you/-.

This video breaks down how to set up your page for success, the 4 types of organic content, and how you can use this information to book more calls.

Follow Up

While our Ads and Automated follow up will take a HUGE part of the burden off of you, responding to clients in a timely manner will be HUGE for your success in this system.

In this video we discuss the F&F rule for follow ups: FAST and FREQUENT

Time is king. The faster you respond to clients, the more they will respond to you, the more sales you will make

On top of that, frequency is crucial as well. If someone ghosts you, and you never respond, you might as well just flush your ad budget down the toilet. At the end of the day, people's attention spans SUCK. They could DM you, then 4 swipes on instagram later they aren't thinking about you at all. Also people get busy, forget, and get lost in the day to day minutia of life. In this video we describe the exact schedule we used and how you can stand out from other "salesy" people!

The Upsell Triangle

While we get clients in the door, one of the most important things you can do is make each client worth more and more! For the sake of example, lets say we cost $20 to book one client. If you do a $200 job, thats a 10x multiple. But, if you were to get the client to a $2,000 service, thats a 100x multiple! In this section we break down the 3 types of upsells and how you can implement them in your business:

1. Upcharges: Things they need while your there

This most commonly can include pet hair, third row seats, shampoo, and other services you can do while you're there.

2. Cross Sells: Other services they might need

This will likely be either another vehicle - wife's car, family member - or an adjacent service for the same car - ceramic coat, scratch removal, window tint, etc

3. Recurring Upsell: Turn a 1x client into a contract

This is my personal favorite type of upsell, getting a client on a monthly, or even weekly contract. This will save you the stress of being constantly on the hunt for new jobs, because even in a slow week you have maintenance clients on the schedule
